Updated codes for the all for one urc9960B01

Here in your probem post, I do see two numbers of URC remotes. URC 3021 & URC 3940. Our of which, what brand do you want codes and instruction manual. I've all thesed detals for both remote controls. But I can't send it to you by this window, as it does not allow me to upload any PDF files by it. Both the manual [along with codes and proceedings], are in PDF format. Proceedings to synchronise in detail.
If you send me your email address, or, send me a mail at [email protected], I'll send both the manuals to you by return mail. It will be best, rather than typing more with this window I thinks. Anyway, I hereby includes the setup codes for both the remote controls for Panasonic brand.

Setup codes for Panasonic Brand TVs with URC-3021 remote control are:
0051, 0250, 0650
Setup codes for URC-3940 remote controls are 5 digit codes. They are:

10650 10226 11650 10108 11636

11310 10037 10556 10163 10208

10508 10896 10361 10853 10367
10001
You ahve to check these setup codes, one by one, and find out which code gives you maximum functionality with your TV. That is the way to do.

That is I wonder about your problem post! No universal remotes have the codes for Blu-Rays so far. You haven't try for that. You can synchronise other devices like TVs, VCRs, DVDs and so n, but not with Blu-Rays. The remote control you posesses now is one amoung the greatest one universal remotes we can get from market. Not waste your time for this purpose. Try to get its original number remote control from Sony. Just contact the nearest Sony Authorised Service center. They can provide you the original number remote handset. If you don't know the number of the remote control, isn't matter, just give them the exact model number of your device. OK.

Not sure what brand of TV you have but codes for TV are on same page as Satellite Receiver codes (Page 19).

Hi, Mary with Dish Network Customer Service. The smart card in our receivers, is what allows authorization to the programming subscribed to on your account. They all come with built in smart cards and if they have to be updated beyond that, you will need to get a removable smart card. They look like a credit card and slide into the left front door of the receiver box. Your only other option is to exchange the box itself to one that has an updated smart card. If I can be of further assistance, please just let me know.

After A LOT of blog reading and a few tech support calls, I think the only codes are 11207 and 11684 but neither work for my new Viore LC32VH55. I wouldn't have bought it had I known it wasn't compatable with Directv! I can't believe that there's no solution for this... I can't turn the volume up or down without using the tv remote and I'm so frustrated!!! Anyone know if a universal remote will work for both the Directv receiver and this stupid Viore TV?

Don't buy a VIORE! It's an okay tv but not worth the hassle!

I wish someone would bring a suit against any of these manufacturers using the term 'universal.' 
At best, they are 'multibrand' and, with the proliferation of 'brands,' there never will be one that can rightfully claim to be 'universal.'
There may never be a code for your brand available in every remote.
If you have the user guide, there should be at least the remote manufacturer's name, if not a website listing, where you can check for an updated code list.

just right click and save as on the download links.

if this does not work you can try the search method,
you do this by either holding down the device button eg: TV or if you have one the "magic" button for three seconds, a light should then flash twice to say you have done this correctly.
then press the keys 991 then the power button.
you must now press the channel up key (ch+) possibly upto 150 times while the remote cycles through every code.
Once your tv or device switches off stop pressing the ch+ key and press the power button to make sure it switches back on,
(if you press ch+ too many times you can go back by pressing ch-)
When complete press the magic or device key again to save the settings (light should flash twice to confirm)
