My xbox 360 will turn on but the lil green circle wont light up and controller wont connect?

Your xbox 360 may not actually be on if there's no green light and your controller won't connect. If pressing the power button doesn't turn on the console/green light doesn't come on then your motherboard may be bad.

When the Xbox 360 is turned on the xbox does not work. It has 3 red ligghts instead of the outer circle instead of it turning green it turns red.

Hello meadormitche,

Sadly what you have on your console is the sign that irreparable damage has been done to your Xbox 360 console. The only way to fix it is by either contacting tech support or replacing the system.

There are alternative ways by contacting third parties to replace the damaged parts but this void the warranty and it goes agaisnt the Terms of Service.

Sorry about the inconvinience.
