I contacted Rival and they do not make replacement feet for the Rival Smart Pot. I have tried other rubber items and they melt. I purchased stick on rubber bumpers and placed on the bottom, but they do not stay in place. I currently place an eraser under the side missing a foot. Not a perfect solution because every time you move the crock pot you have to make sure you realign the eraser.

i called Rival, and the tech service people asked around themselves, and came back with nothing. There are no replacement feet available. They're suggestion was to remove all the feet so that it sits level, and it will not burn the counter. If i was concerned i should put it on a cutting board.
kind of lame, but oh well...
