Drivers for acer aspire 5102

I got a suggestion to go to the Acer website. That was the first thing i tried. Some of the drivers wouldn't work because they were intended for windows vista, and i have XP. I also specifically need the WIFI to work, which worked fine before i began this adventure, and the usb hub driver, sm driver. None of the drivers on acer helped. to make matters worse, i wasted 30 bucks on driver fetch which apparently is the same as driver robot, and guess which two drivers it failed to download etc. the frickin usb ports and the wifi. please help if you can

Acer Aspire 5102 I've reinstalled win 7 on my acer, and now my touchpad scroll button between left and right buttons don't work.how can i fix that?

Hi! Just head over to this page and select the "Synaptics Pointing Driver" under Drivers and Utilities for Windows Vista. It seems Acer doesnt provide drivers for Windows 7 (possibly because the laptop does not come with it pre-installed) however the Vista ones should work fine. As this is a reinstall, I suggest downloading and installing all the software, at least all of the ones under Drivers and Utilities to ensure that all of your notebook's features function properly.

Non working scroll control on acer aspire 5102 wmli

How long have you owned the notebook? This sounds hardware related. If so then the touch pad would have to be replaced.
Thanks,
