My Phone is Nokia lumia 720. I cant hear the the person talking nor the caller hears my voice. there is no sound for videos or fm. 6 months old phone. pl help

I would suggest contacting Nokia Care and getting the device repaired or replaced under warranty.

My nokia 6700 slide callers can't hear me

If callers cannot hear you, you may have to replace or repair the mic. Since you can hear them, the speakers are working.

This is really mic problem .so try to clean the mic connector.if still not ok.change the mic.....and still the problem persist you need to make jumper.If you can do this reffer this image

sir, it might b the problem in ur mic!
thats why ur caller cannot hear u....
so u can go on the mobiles shop and change ur mob. mic

Hey welcome to fixya. I hope u 'll be fine Actually the problem is in ringer when u can't hear others

If your cell phone is in warranty then just go any Nokia outlet or shop from where u purchased it and sent it for repairing in warranty it 'll be free of cost.
if u don't have warranty then just change your ringer of the cell and if u don't know about it then just consult a known person who know about hardware of mobile and give your cell to him and say that just change its ringer, Ringer is not expensive its usually cheep
