My acer aspire 6920 is not runing dvd's, but it works with normal CDs. All normal CDs work, just the freaking DVDs are not working =/ the computer dont wants to open them, but he knows they are in, becouse the dvds are spining ... what to do?!?

All acer laptop user have same problem i think incluiding me. U must have some bad noise when you use DVD. just try to allinment proper of your laptop position. and wait for a white it will run.. if done thumbs me.

It may just need a driver update, that you should be able to download from the Acer website. Also it may need the laser cleaned if it cannot find the beginning of the disk. hope this helps.
