Have you tried running the rinse cycle to check if the water drains out?
If you are not getting any fault codes, then it might be simply a matter of cleaning the base filter plate and the sump. The user manual will tell you how to do this.
If that does not help then post a comment along with the model number of your fisher and paykel double drawer unit and I will suggest further diagnostics.

Hi same problem. Top drawer F&P 603 does not drain anymore. Filter and sump cleaned out, waste loop higher than drawer.
Can you help?
Hi barry_hanks - sorry to hear about the problem. I will assume your bottom drawer is draining okay which means the kitchen drain is clear. If you do not hear the motor pump sound during drain cycle then the controller could be having a problem. But if you hear the motor sound but water does not move then there is still a blockage. Take the rotor (under the wash arm) and the sump filter out. This will leave you with two chambers at the base of the dishwasher. There is a small channel connecting the two. Take a fine wire but stiff wire and clear the channel. Usually it is a piece of chicken bone or a tuff seed lodged in. Refer user manual on instructions to take out the rotor. Be careful not to pull the rotor too hard. A gentle turn and a lift should do the trick. Make sure mains power is turned off when working on the dishwasher
