Counter? If you are looking for the counter page press the button with a diamond shape and a 123 icon on it. There you will see a counter, press ok and print and the green button!

I do not have a manual for the Aficio 2022SP. You could reset all the counters but you should call a proffessional with a good mantenance KIT, your copier probably needs it...

Hi, to change the IP address of a Ricoh Aficio 2022, follow these steps:

- Press the User Tools/Counter button.
- Choose System Settings.
- Choose Interface Settings.
- Choose Network.
- Choose IP Address.
- To specify an IP address, choose Specify, and then enter the address you want to use. To have DHCP automatically assign an IP address, choose Auto-Obtain (DHCP).
- Exit out of the User Tools screen.

Its in the "bit switches" look for these to change. -Carl

Are you sure no other device on your network has the same IP address? (Turn the copier off and trying pinging that IP address to make sure.)

Do you have the Ricoh 2022 driver installed? You can download it from Ricoh-USA.com if you don't have it.
