Try Carolina Technical Services in South Carolina for all you East Coast guys. They charge flat rate of $175.00 and have a 90-day warranty. Also great turnaround time. Carolinatechnicalservice.com. 864-504-7303. Sure beats sending to California and having to wait for 3 weeks.

My Life Fitness treadmill needs to have the motor control board replaced. A new one is costly, where would I get a used one? We are in Ontario Canada.

if it is a classical model 9500/9500HR/9100/9100HR can take the card to a qualified technician mail, you must open the controller and change the following components: D4015L (2) 2N6507 (2) TIP110 (1) and in the latter case there to change the IRGBC40S.
if you treadmill is the Next Generation you should buy new and can find on sportsmith.com

My 9500 next generation treadmill elevation not working

Usually its the display panel not sending the proper signal - look under the display panel on the left side if standing on the belt, there is an access opening and there will be 3 plugs or connectors, it is the smaller 2 prong connector, just unplug and replug to clear the connection, that usually fixes mine, while in there unplug and replug all 3 plugs just to be safe.
