Sounds like you're stuck on..... Video 1 or Video 2 (whichever). If you can access your TV's menu at the front panel, you should be able to switch over fairly easy. Hit MENU. Using your VOLUME UP & DOWN buttons, Go to CABLE/SATELITE/ANTENNA, hit VOLUME UP or DOWN 'til it switches back to TV picture then hit ENTER. If you do not have an access panel in front but possibly have any other remote (cable or satelite or home theater, etc...) that can be paired with this TV and has an INPUT button, you can change the setting that way.

Hope this info was helpful. Good Luck!

Blue screen, no video, but has sound

Did you hit the "input" or "video source" button by mistake on the remote or TV? That would change the input from the one the cable/video source uses. You're getting sound, so it's working......sounds as if the input was maybe changed. I'd hit the input/video source button a few times to go through all the available inputs and see if you get video back.

Lost audio & video

You say that you lost audio and video but the screen is blue. That indicates that the majority of the circuits are working OK. To display anything on the screen the high voltage and drive circuits would be working ok. Try an input other than cable (the tuner input) and see what happens. If your unit works through those inputs then you have a bad tuner or matrix IC. If that doesn't give you any results then you probably have a microprocessor issue. The bad news is that Apex does not support their equipment so if the problem is not simple it will probably not be reparable. Good luck.
