I have not yet found any information on a Naxa NX-104 MP3 player. What I have found is information on Naxa MP3 players with the model numbers NM followed by a number (but not 104.) Do you have the model number right?
The information I have found on the Naxa MP3 players is that they come with earphones. Did your MP3 player come with earphones when you purchased it? It should have, if you purchased it new.
I suggest you contact Naxa Customer Service directly and ask if you can purchase replacement earphones for your model of MP3 player. This is the link to the Naxa Electronics Contact Us web page: http://www.naxa.com/contacts
I think you can download music from youtube with a youtube downloader,That is really a easy way to do that.it can convert the videos to MP3 while you download videos from youtube. Look at this page for further information for you. http://www.leawo.com/youtube-download/
Hello. Please follow these steps to put music on your Mp3 Player.
Start off by putting a battery in you Naxa mp3 player. This is necessary in order to add music to a Naxa mp3 player. Naxa mp3 Players require one AAA battery and this battery goes into the back of the device.
Plug your Naxa mp3 player into your computer. To do this, take the cap
off of the bottom of the player. You will then be able to plug the Naxa
mp3 player directly into a USB port on your computer.
Open Windows Media Player and then click the "Sync" tab found at the very top of the program.
Once you do, you will notice that the Naxa mp3 player is listed in the
top right corner of Windows Media Player.
Double-click the "Library" link on the left side of Windows Media
Player. Once you do, several different options will appear underneath
"Library."
Click the "Songs" option found below "Library." Once you do, a list of
all of the songs in your Windows Media library will appear in the
middle of the program.
Browse through all of the songs in your library and right click over
any song you want to add to your Naxa mp3 player. After you right click
on a song, you will need to select "Add to Sync List." You will then
see the song listed in the column on the far right side of Windows
Media Player. Continue doing this until you are finished putting music
on the Naxa mp3 player.
Click the "Start Sync" button located underneath the list of music you
selected in Step 7. The music will then be added to the Naxa mp3 player
I tried to download music through windows media player and it shows the music as being down loaded but the equipment keeps going to recordings when I go to "music mode" and NOTHING comes through the ear buds! Please help
I have found that mine looses it's memory due to a dead battery. I have to connect it to a pc, format the player just like you would format a usb thumb drive. When you power it back on, it will flash the memory and rebuild the play list. Sometimes, it will loose my music, but all I have to do is load them back out to the player. It's kinda a hassel, but I don't care because I change the songs on it on a regular basis anyway.
