You will see some files start with kb

change "kbfiltr" to "kbfiltr_del".

This will disable laptop keyboard.

You cant disable the built in keyboard but you can use a usb keyboard.

Go to the Dell website and go to downloads...then they will ask you what type and model of computer you have. Fill in all the information which some of the numbers that they will need will be on the tower either top or side or back...once you tell them the model you have they will even be able to help you with where to find that information. Once you get to the download page, look for any updates that relates to your key board and download them or anything else since this could be related to a virus. After you get the updates necessary for you computer...see if the problem goes away...it probably will.
