no it is not digital but if you buy a freeview box it will go

very few if any universal remotes will work on Symphonic which is also Funai and some other brands.

Look on Ebay or Google the model number of the set with the word remote, remember not a universal.

try one of these..

METHOD"
presse TV1 and SET button light on remote is steady enter code ...light goes out.. PRESS SET again and try. Keep trying unhtil unit can be turned on or off, then you know you have the right code. Write it on the back of the TV incase it drops out which can happen.

It is not HD , if this is wat you are asking.
if you have cable or are yousing sat you will have no problems reciving signals.

Pretty much a hoax on those diverter boxes. People ran out and bought them thinking that won't have reception. I have many years in maintenance and several years in nursing homes with different tv's in every room. Not once have I needed a box to pick up channels with or without cable. I myself get 16 channels with rabbit ears and thats enough for me. And I do own a combo as well and it has simple antenna and does me just fine. Depending on your location, the old tv antennas we use to put on our houses...they work amazing! Might be able to snag one on a freecycle or craigslist site. Good luck! :)

I thought this was a free website. It sounded like it. I didn't pay much for the TV, so if I have to pay to know where to get a remote control, I can just go out and get a new one and it won't be Symphonic. Thanks,...

the code is 044, TV/VCR TV mode. Sylvania codes work for Symphonic
