Sounds like your convergence circuit went out. It lines up the red,green and blue picture tubes so the colors are lined up. Usually these TVs all use the same type of IC chips called "STKs" both usually get replaced along with any resistors etc.. around these chips that may have burned up. Depending on who fixes it could be around $300-400 parts and labor.
Look around the area of the STKs and you should see some low valued resistors. One lead of which will be attached to the STKs. One or more of these is open. Replace it/them and you should be fine. These are current limiting resistors (effectively fuses) for the power to the STKs. One of them is not getting power.
Replace both convergence ICs they are stk392-110 you will also need at least the six 1.8 ohm 1watt resistors. You can get replacement ICs and resistors at the following link and they provide free installation instructions so you can do the repair yourself.

go into menu turn color off see if you have a black and white picture if not adjust red,green, and blue screen drive on controls in back of tv you have red, green, blue it will have focus /screen controls cover each tube do one at a time blue focus and screen drive adjust to clear blue picture do all 3 tubes, then adjust them to where you have a black&white picture once this is done turn color controll back on.Thank You for using FixYa and Have a Nice Day.
