At this time, I do not see any free manuals for the TT510 but there is a service manual on eBay for under $16. This would show how to do basic operations plus more technical info that might be helpful if it ever needed service.

Could certainly be a broken belt. Lift record tray and look to see if belt has fallen off or has basically fell apart. Belts can be purchased at Marantz.com. If no belt could be a bad motor. Same website.
My Marantz 6110 wasn't working right. I had it repaired at a stereo store. They told me the grease was old and had hardened which made it difficult to operate the way it was supposed to. They cleaned it and used new grease. It's been working great for the last 10 years. I hope this helps.
