Sound problem i can't hear person on the phone but they can hear me the only time i can hear them is on speaker phone and on bluetooth but can't hear them on ordinary phone when phoning people i can't hear their ringing tone but only on speaker phone.

Go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth. The paired devices will be shown. Delete paired device or unpair device . This should solve the issue .
Since the mobile is paired with the Bluetooth speaker every time a call comes in the phone automatically connects to the Bluetooth speaker.
Switching off the Bluetooth speaker may also work.
have you tried putting on speaker phone? your speakers could be damaged. have you tried pulling the battery out with the device powered on? do you use your phone as a mp3 or alarm? bc sometimes if you have it to high for an extended amount of time the speakers can burst, but it is weird that they also can not hear you? do you ever use a bluetooth headset?
either your mute is turned on or your speaker is loose or broken, consider if you deel to fix it , it might be somthing as simple as open phone and close phone, you might consider doing a hard reset on your phone incase it is a software glitch
