Vacuum Cleaner - 25.2V Battery not charging question

Either battery is not fully charged or battery require replacement. As you said you have already ordered new charger, charge your battery at full level with original charger. If problem persists then battery needs replacement.

New battery HP g61 is fully charged but not working \

Maybe the AC Adapter Power Cord is not working. If you can't get on the laptop with the power cord then it is bad and the battery might be drained so you have no power source to power up the laptop.
If the laptop works only off the Power Cord and the batteryis not charging, then the battery is dead.

To check to make sure the Power Cord is working remove the battery and let thelatop run for 10 minutes or so.

To check to see if the battery has any charge left in it put the battery in andremove the power cord. If it won't boot or shuts down then the battery is deadand needs to be replaced if the power cord is ok.

How do you replace the fan on a Fujitsu s2210 laptop?

How to Replace a Fujitsu LifeBook S2210 Fan
1. Follow your laptop owner's manual and assembly guide carefully as you disassemble the laptop. Touch something metal periodically to remove static charge, and work on a large table with a bright light source.
2. Turn off the laptop and unplug it. Remove the main battery, DVD drive , Ac adapter and the hard drive. The hard drive is usually located in a slot on one side of the laptop. Remove the screw that holds the cover in place, then pull out the hard drive, screen sled.
3. Turn the laptop over and remove the screws on the bottom that hold the keyboard in place. Flip the laptop over, open it, then lift the keyboard up and out. Unplug the flexible ribbon cable that connects the keyboard to the motherboard.
4. Remove the screws that hold the laptop keyboard bezel and palm rest in place. Carefully pry loose any plastic snaps on the sides, then lift the bezel and palm rest up and out.
5. Unplug the Fujitsu LifeBook S2210 CPU Cooling Fan. Remove the screws that hold the heat sink and fan in place, then remove the entire unit from the laptop. Remove any thermal compound residue from the bottom of the heat sink and the CPU.
6. Apply a thin layer of thermal compound on the CPU, then replace the heat sink and cpu cooling fan. Replace the screws, plug the Fujitsu LifeBook S2210 Fan back in, then reassemble the laptop.
7. Plug the laptop in and turn it on. After you use it for a few minutes, you should hear the new Fujitsu cpu cooling fan running and feel warm air blowing from the vent on the side of the laptop. A Fujitsu LifeBook S2210 Fan does not run continuously, so don't be concerned if the Fujitsu LifeBook S2210 Fan shuts off periodically.

Lenovo y410 laptops turns off suddenlty while using it for long hours

hi

is the computer dissipating excessive heat from bottom ? is the heatsink fan working (is it blowing out air from fan on the side ? if not, then replace the heatsink fan. This shut down occurs to advise you that something is not working well , and to avoid damage to the CPU and/or mainboard, its letting you know that.

if the fan is working fine-- are you on the computer while the AC adapter is NOT plugged in ? Are you fully charging the battery before you use the notebook without the AC adapter ? If you are NOT using the AC adapter, running on battery life only, then do this : shut down the notebook, disconnect the power adapter, remove the battery back up from rear of notebook.
reconnect the AC adpater and start the computer -- perform normal function on the computer, run it and work with it for a few hours. if the same issue occurs, (unwanted shut down) , then perhaps the AC adapter is faulty, which is not charging the battery to full capacity.

let me know what happens-- i'd appreciate your feedback w/o receiving bad rating

Gateway 7330gz will only run few seconds then turn off

Remove the battery and run off of the A/C power adapter without the battery installed.

If it works, the battery is just discharged too much. After Windows settles, insert the battery and let it charge.

Today my cord for my toshiba was behind my pillow and i was lying on it. and I didnt notice, but then it showed that my laptop wasnt charging did my cord just get too hot? will it work later?

The power adapter does not have a temperature sensitive device, therefore it won't stop for overheating if not in consequence of a fault.

Try leaving the power adapter unplugged for about ten minutes.
In the meanwhile also remove laptop battery and put it back.
Connect it back to AC and laptop.
Ensure that connection to laptop and power cord connection to AC adapter box are both well plugged.
Before turning on laptop leave it connected for few minutes.
If laptop still does not turn on and battery does not charge, then the AC adapter is faulty.
A further test can be done using a multimeter to read voltage on AC adapter plug.

A replacement AC adapter is not expensive and can be purchased online. Try entering in Google your Toshiba model followed by the words "power adapter".
