Touchscreen has lines through it...but they go away for a couple days, then come back, then go away again! First time this happened, Verizon told me I must have dropped it, but they still gave me a new phone... My concern is, if the lines eventually go away, what could possibly be "fixing" my screen? What can I do to prevent them from coming back?

Hmm, I'm not sure... If you can I'd try to go to California and see if you still get the echoes. For me, heading back to the place where I said I would be using my phone more frequently stopped the echoes. Or you might just want to get a Ohio cellphone number... Like I said, I'm not too sure... well Good Luck.

well wen you dropped it did the ink move luiek the colours where were wrong for example the white was pink etc.. if this has happened ,and it is common in touch screen phones, the phone is no longer good you can still keep it if you want but the problems will get worse n worse until its just gone

You need a new battery. The battery is either old or gotten Hot, Or has just been charged from Improper voltage. A new battery is needed. It cost around $50.00 although I wouldnt recommend getting a LG Chocolate since it seems to have bad reviews by other users who have had problems with it.

Hello.
Try to use the MEID info in the #help*help screen to try to activate the phone.
If you still cannot, you need to fix MEID and ESN file on your phone.

Hello,
yes of course, it can be fixed. If you have a phone screw driver, you can open the phone and check if the touch screen flex is well fixed. It might be that it has disconnected or not firm to its normal position when it dropped on the floor.
But it you can check it your self, you can take the phone to a repairman.
Take care.
