Does not spin and rinse properly

My washing machine is Aquarius WF 321 hotpoint. during the washing period, the machine does not spin and rinse properly. When machine completes washing, but clothes are found more wet. Previously they were more dried.

    Suds remain after final spin. To test if the soap has rinsed out I placed a few items in clear water in a washing up bowl and the water became very sudsy. I have cleaned the soap drawer flushed the machine out with a hot wash and no detergent - all to no avail. Please help.

    I have Aquarius wma36 (7yrs old) its just stopped spinning, but all the lights on the programmer were on. Surely if motor gone, it would not wash atall?

Sounds like motor is not coming up to spin speed. May be overheating, in which case you would need a new motor.

you need to check/clear filter, its located within sump hose @ bottom of drum quite trickey clip to remove slide it to the side to assist then withdraw nylon filter and clear....

Hotpoint wf740 aquarius 1400 v noisy banging during spin = dust
It could be a broken drum restraint spring, or a worn or broken. or loose shock absorber.
To check the springs, remove the top cover, and you will see the springs.
Another possibility is the concrete weight could be broken or loose.
You need to remove the lower rear panel of washer to check the shockers and concrete weight.

The lights are set off by the balance sensors.And if your balance sensors are  stopping    it from spinning than you first have to make sure the washer is level.You  could have bad Shocks and a bad electronic control board,.

it may be the interlock but is more probably the control PCB in the fascia, this is not a DIY repair as it requires programming when replaced.
