More than likely you have THERMISTOR problem, It is a device that looks like a rubber button. It lays on a roller to sense temperature and could be dirty with built-up toner.

Hello, i have a SC-534 error code on a Ricoh MPC-2500 I have change the BICU board, nothing change, change the two fan on the right of the fuser, and i still have the problem, could this be the sensor on...

I think the sensor you're talking about is the thermopile. If that is what you mean, should give another different code.
Have you sow the fusing exit sensor fan motor (at the front right side of the machine)?

Open heat error

You have a fuser error. Unplug the machine and try again. If you still get the error, then you'll need to replace it.

Faxes stuck in memory

The only reason they shouldn't print is due to a technical problem. There are no error messages or red lights at all?? That's very strange.
It must be a software glitch of some sort. You can do a memory clear to empty it out and perhaps restore the proper functioning, but it does set the machine right back to factory defaults, so you will have some settings to restore afterward.
You can get the manual here if you don't have it. Memory reset procedure is on page 8.2:

Memory Received keeps flashing...how do I clear all the faxes in the memory

Go into the menu, then Maintenance, Clear Settings, and clear all settings. You will have to re-adjust everything, but this worked fine for me.
