I hav 8 gb apple i pnone, but i cant open the sim tray to insert the sim card..pls help me. I am in bangalore , India

Use the pin provided to push in the hole on the side of the phone and a sim card tray will pop out

There is a small tray you have to open on the right side of phone. You can get a sim card eject tool or simply use a paper clip that will fit in to the small hole. The tray is easy to find. Its half way down on the right side. look for a small hole and insert the sim card eject tool or small paperclip.

Insert the tip of the SIM eject tool or a straightened paper clip into the hole of the SIM card tray on the side of the iPad.

Press the SIM eject tool or paper clip firmly into the hole until the SIM tray ejects.

Remove the SIM card from the tray, if necessary, and place the other SIM card in the tray.

Push the SIM card tray back into the iPad.

For removing the SIM Card, insert the end of the 'SIM eject tool' (supplied in the box) into the hole on the SIM tray. Press firmly and push it straight in until the SIM tray pops out. If you don't have a SIM eject tool, you can use the end of a pin/paper clip. Pull out the SIM tray and remove the SIM card in the tray. The angled corner of the SIM ensures that the card fits only the correct way in the tray.
With the tray aligned as shown, carefully replace the SIM tray containing the SIM card
in iPhone.
