Forget it. I have had the same problem with a S80 and Navman does not give a damn.
I cannot even load the maps I paid for.
Lost my money. Never again.
The navman software wont work on a mac. Run an xp virtual machine on say Parallels for mac that works, but I still have the same problems regardless, impossible to contact Navman, truly the WORST gps ever maps way out of date, wont load paid for maps, terrible errors in navigation, etc etc.
