My computer won't open windows.

It says we apologize for inconvenience but windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this. Blah, blah It won't do anything if I select to return to a previous good configuration or select windows to start normally. The screen Aldo counts down & goes to the Windows screen with blue bar & then to black screen that says Dell & then back to the screen I started on with all the text. What do I do???

Restart the computer and press F9. This will bring up your Asus System Recovery. Follow the prompts on screen. This will take approximately 20 mins to do but it should fix the problem. Hope this helps : ) If it doesn't or you are unable to bring up the System Recovery screen let me know.

If you added any exta hardware means kindly remove it and boot the computer
Then you try boot by selecting the option of Boot using last known good configuration.
If the boot is successful then you can boot later booting without any problem.

If boot is not successful and this problem is happened after installing any software or driver software means boot in safe mode by pressing f8 key and uninstall it
