I am Electrical Engineer on accomodation vessel. We have two saunas on board the vessel and have a requirement to renew /Replace one of our Tylo controllers.
The old model number is ET 32-12.
One of my colleauges had already ordered a replacement for this, which was a TS 30-12 Manuf no 352253155
This was not suitable for our installation as it was a purely mechanical timer switching 3 phases with a temperature controller with its own short capillary wire for the stat
Approximately 18 inches long.
This is not suitable because the controllers for both our saunas are situated around 4 to 5 metres form the sauna itself .
What we require is a controller incorporating its own three phase contactor that will tie in to field wiring for the high temeperature cut out thermostat.
Which is exactly what the original controller did, it had a pcb card that when adjusted the temperature controller at the unit itself then would send a signal to a 24 volt relay that would switch the 220 volt control circuit to energise the external three phase 220 voil contactor to supply volatge to the heating elements.
W have another sauna that actually has a TS 30- 012 controller that incorporates all the things the old controller had Manuf number 91304 200 .
This is exactly what we would like to order but cant get part number with one with pcb
Can you please advise as to what we can order that would suit this criteria?
