Hello this some times works Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.

First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.

If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.

And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

Paper mismatch officejet 6500 crumples

There could be a foreign object or torn piece of paper that's stuck further inside the printer mechanism path. Try using a flashlight and inspecting any access or clean out hatches. Sometimes something will be caught inside and cause the paper you feed in to crumple and create a jam. I watched a video on youtube giving different ideas on how to fix this problem. Printer will not feed paper straight grabs one side and pulls the paper crooked and crumples the paper

When the paper does not feed straight, dirty or stickyrollers can cause it to jamb or crinkle, also failure to remove all traces ofpaper from a previous paper jamb will cause further paper jambs.
Check for tiny pieces of at the edges of the rollers, and remove these piecesof paper. The rollers may be dirty or sticky and causes the paper tonot feed straight.
Try cleaning the rollers with methylated spirits.

Paper feed problem-wont go through- crumpling up as it tries to go through

You probably have a piece of paper stuck at the place where it's crumpling. Take a good look and carefully extract it. It may be small, so look hard.

Lexmark e250dn

Over time the rollers get slick and hard. If one side is slick and the other edge is not, it will grab paper sideways and you get a paper jam. Get some rubbing alcohol and rub the rollers (completely all around) to get some debris removed. Some rollers require a slight rubbing with an abrasive pad.

ok look for anything that might have fell in to it..if the paper feed area is clear check the rollers for paper that might have not cleared or dust build up ...if its just dust build up get a can of compressed air and try to clear it you might want to also try to use a vacum to clean it also...good luck and let me know it if this doesnt help there could be other things to try...

CLP 300 crumpling lower right hand side of paper

There is a foreign object in the paper feed path. It could be anything from a paper clip or staple through to an insect (or worse). It will definitely be on the side where the crumpling occurs. Try feeding a strip of card or thin flexible plastic backwards through the feed mechanism. A laminated sheet of paper can also be effective for this.
