My pc is automatically restart every time

1.Yeah - first thing I'd suggest for you is boot in safe mode, run chkdsk /r
then sfc /scannow and see if that helps. If not, maybe system restore and go
back a couple of weeks.
2.Right click My Computer.
Choose Properties.
Choose Startup and Recovery.
Untick the box marked Automatically Reboot.

My pc always hang for long time, it stated there floppy disk error and need to restart again and again but the same problem arise.

If you don't need floppy drive on your system. Try to turn it off on bios settings. This will disable looking for floppy drive, in turn, it will turn off also the floppy disk error message.

Sound driver

Hi sgs182, when a driver fails to install correctly its best to install through windows device manager. Suggest you try this method of instillation before trying another HD audio driver. Also enter your bios & make sure the HD is enabled.
Either use the driver CD that came with the motherboard or download the driver from Biostar. Windows 2003 is more like window XP however we both know what you need is a driver for 2003. Biostar makes other P4M890-M7 motherboards that do support win 2003 for HD.

· P4M890-M7 TE 7.x
· P4M890-M7 SE 7.x
· P4M890-M7 PCI-E 7.1
· P4M890-M7 PCI-E 7.0
· P4M890-M7 FE 7.x
Biostar motherboards 7.0 & 7.1 audio drivers are the same file size of 24.77MB & support x86/2003 operating systems.
How to install through windows device manager?
Left click once on the start button. Slide up to & left click on control panel. Find the System icon & open it. Left click on the hardware tab than left click on the device manager button. Scroll down to Sound, video and game controller, which should already be opened. You should see a yellow explanation point here.
Right click once on the yellow ! point & left click once on update driver. Windows hardware wizard will open. Click No, not at this time. Than click the next button. Another window will open. Left click once in the circle next to, Install from a list or specific location (Advanced). Than click the next button. Again, another window will open. We want to remove the green check mark next to, Search removable media (floppy, CD-ROM...). (Only if you do not want to install from the CD).
Click the green check mark once & it will go away.
Click the browse button, click the + sign next to my computer. Find the desktop folder
You created & named. Open it. High-light the folder that has the driver in it & click ok.
Windows will find the correct driver software within the folder & install it automatically. Once completed. Close all opened windows & restart you’re system. Test your audio. If you intend to use a mic, you will need to set this up through the Sounds audio device within the control panel.

Good luck!

After computer locks up, reboot is not successful because it hangs again

It seems to me your system did not receive enough power from your power supply unit (PSU). Get a "real power type PSU". It should solve your problem.
