First try pairing from the iPhone, after setting the radio to 'listen'.

if that fails, do the oposite, set the radio to search for devices, then try connecting with the iPhone.

if both fail, upgrade your iPhone software, it helped me. also, your car radio may have a firmware update (many do). Older one throug a CD, rest SD card or similar...

How do I pair my iPad as the second device

Make sure that the headset is not paired with the iPhone (turn off Bluetooth on your iPhone temporarily). Follow the same procedure you used to pair the iPhone, but this time with your iPad.

Why won't my new iphone 5s pair with my Cardo scala G9x? My iphone 4 pairs very easily.

believe that it is because the 5s is digital and the 4 is analog--we install blue tooth systems in cars and had to replace most of them because of the release of the 5s--older blue tooth system are analog so are not compatible with the 5s--as probably is what is your problem

Paring iphone 2013 huyndai elantra

I had no problem pairing my IPhone 5S. I was even able to pair my old IPhone 4. I tried the old IPhone 4 after seeing this post. what kind of problems are you having pairing the IPhone and what version is it? All I did was turn my Bluetooth on on my IPhone then i pushed the black hone button then hit the settings button on the phone screen then pressed the pairing button then pressed the add to button, once the phone is found it should show on IPhone as Elantra on the IPhone and put in the passkey that it shows on the Elantra screen ( factory default is 0000 ) then the screen in the Elantra will show pairing. then it's paired. then you can go through all the setting after the phone is connected. Just make sure before you get into the car your BLUETOOTH is turned on on your IPHONE or it won't connect till it is turned on and the phone won't connect while your foot is on the brake if you have push start.

Can not get caller Id or auto answer on my Iphone I had it for awhile then stoped working.

The device does not have its own integrated text to speech or caller ID, auto answer may have been removed by apple in a firmware update. I would try a complete reset repair, forgetting the paired device from the iphone. Power cycling the iphone, then resetting the V1 by pressing the vol -/+ and MFB all at the exact same time. Ensure the buttons are NOT held simply clicked all at once like a mouse to a computer, when you get a consistent rapid flash the device has been reset and will go automatically into pair mode. Then go back to settings/general/bluetooth on the Iphone and repair the device to see if that fixes the issue.

BlueAnt pairing with iphone...help

Just got off the phone with Apple and Blue Ant tech support.

If everything is workon g on both devices you probably need a memory dump on your headset.

1. Power off both devises
2. Power on iphone
3. Power on blue Ant - not in pairing mode - you should see 1 blue blinking light on MFB
4. Make sure iphone bluetooth is on and searching for devices
5. On Blue Ant, hold both volume buttons and MFB at the same time until you get a fast blinking blue light.
6. Check iphone it should now recognize device.
7. When Blue Ant shows up on phone press it so it completes the pairing priocess

Good luck!
