This is a PBX system, correct? If so, the fastest way would be through the PBX control computer. If you have a Panasonic TAW series PBX, I really like the AbleComm websites, search for your model PBX there.

3. Enter the password (usually 1234)
4. Press 'Next' until you get to 'Ext Name'
5. Press 'Enter'
6. You will need to know the Extension Number of you phone, when you find out enter it (eg: 104 or whatever yours is)
7. Press 'Clear' to get rid of the old name then start entering the new name via the number keys. Note: If you keep cycling through the letter on each number you can get to lowercase or uppercase letters.

SOURCE: Night switching for KX-T7630
You have 4 different modes of calling available to be programmed: DAY NIGHT BREAK and LUNCH. Your installer has to set up the ICD groups, but you can create a LUNCH group which looks like the day mode but rings all phones. The codes are accessed by dialing on the intercom *780x where 0 is day 1 is night 2 is lunch and 3 is break.
You may use the NIGHT mode in the daytime, but if you have voice mail, it will play the night greeting instead of a day greeting.

SOURCE: How do you cancel night mode on the KX T7630? Or
If it's enabled on your phone, on the intercom dial *7800 That puts the system in DAYS. *7801 puts it in NIGHT. By default extension 101 or the main phone has access to it. We turn it on for everybody in most offices by Class of Service options.
