The Remington website doesn't offer spare parts for this model probably due to the price.
Available on Amazon for 20 pounds as a complete unit.

I broke the #1 attachment on my hair clipper. I would rather not have to buy an entire set of combs, just for the one attachment.

I'm not at work so can't confirm if there's blacdes for the HC920 but the majority of Remington Hair Clippers do have replacement blades.

The part that you require is not available for budget models like the HC-8017. You will need to purchase a new clipper or find an old one (ebay?) that you can buy cheaply for parts.
If you decide to replace your HC-8017 clipper, you will find them for sale at shaveroutlet.com
