Sorry, you won't find one for Windows 7 as the camera is discontinued and no longer supported with software updates by Pentax.
But you may be able to use the Compatibility Wizard built into Windows 7 to run the XP version of the software. If this fails then your only remaining option is to use an external memory card reader to upload images. I'd recommend that you do so anyway as it's usually much faster and gives you a genuine choice between Windows own image handling and editing package (pretty good) or genuinely superior alternative software which is often free. Picasa is one of many popular alternatives.

HI there there try to download the windows 7 camera driver from pentax website. It will start work then. Another way is remove the memory card & put in in a card reader then you can also transfer all photos from card to computer For further help ask me . Thanks.
Not compatible or not working well with windows 7?
(making a program work with windows 7)
Maybe, It doesn't work because the driver/application you installed is
for other versions of operating system. I am also using windows 7 like
you so don't you worry, You can still use your old installer/driver from
other versions of operating systems. Just remember that before
installing any program in a windows 7 Operating System Computer, Use
"troubleshoot compatibility". Right Click the Icon of your program
installer/application first, then choose "troubleshoot compatibility". This will
allow you to choose on what type operating system your program will run.
Just reply back if it still doesn't work.:D rate and vote for me:))
Becasue of the age of the camera as compared to the newness of Window 7 it won't be. I don't expect pentax will go back that far in updating, but I would check their web site because firmware updates are are usually workth installing. http://www.pentaximaging.com/support/manuals-and-literature/
Your solution is to but a wid 7 compatible card reader and use the card reader to download your picture files to the computer. You will likely need new software for editing and sorting since the old pentax software is not likely to be win7 compatible.
I have lost my cd for my optio s5i pentax camera and have a new laptop how can I get another cd or download software so I can transfer photos onto my laptop
Disconnect the camera and turn it on. Press Menu and move to the the little 'tool icon' tab. Under 'USB connection', change the setting from PC to Pictbridge. Press OK. Connect your Optio to your PC and that should work.
