I have a curve 8320.i was trying to download a thirdparty software when it rebooted and show error 102..i downloaded the desktop software and fix the problem..but after using for 2 days,the same error came up and now it comes up few hours after reinstalling the software..please what can i do??

try running app loader again but before you connect your phone up to the computer pull the battery out, then connect the phone, then put the battery back in. A lot of times it will force the connection to get established and then you should be able to run app loader.

This is a Java Virtual Machine Error with your blackberry OS. you will need to download a BB OS from Blackberry.com and then runn Apploader from your Desktop manager software. This will wipe and replace the BB OS and fix the issue.

Sometimes a Hard reset can fix this issue though.

The blackberrys link to outlook and not their own calendar/contact manager. If you have outlook at home, you should be able to use the desktop manager software to sync with that.

try taking the prongs that the battery touches and lightly bending them out a bit for a better connection. also make sure the prongs are not corroded. If they are, you can clean with cotton swab and rubbing alcohol.
