When you talk on you phone make sure your volume label is up. There is a key in right hand site on top. Press up / down for adjusting the volume. if you seen the volume label is fully up but nothing to be change in voice, its mean the internal speaker is damaged. Replace it. And about your voice is not loud from other side then replace that microphone also. I think that's a common problem of Nokia N73 mobiles.
Thanks

the speaker in your mobile which provide hearing voice is disbalance to their orignal place .place it its orignal place or change the speaker. This the only solution.
You're on a laptop and it's talking about a sound card?
If you can hear audio or the voice from the caller then you don't need a sound card.
Yes you can purchase an external mic and it just plugs into the mic port on your system. I think that might be why the caller can't hear you. All computers do not come with a built in microphone. And if you are skyping and using a web cam, all web cams don't have a built in microphone.
Try to configure your audio settings from the chat client you're using. Select the one that is installed in your system then check if it works. Otherwise, try replacing your headset with built-in mic.
go to control panel and click on sound icon. there you will see speaker and microphone properties check on microphone voice level. if it is very low or mute other party cant listen to ur voice so increase it a bit little. this can solve ur problem
This problem I've had myself But it will only solve the problem if your cell uses a sim card. When the sim cards go bad thats whats happens your hear them but they can't hear you or vice-versa.
you need to install the smart audio driver 221 for your laptop the mute problem should be solved with that and should increase voice qty a little. I guess you are using Win XP
