My Aiptek IS-DV2.4 (DZO-V50) Video camera works intermittently, but mostly I get a white screen or a flipping image. I've reinserted the batteries, memory card to no avail. Also I can't get the video light to go on either. I dropped it once, but it worked for quite a while afterward.

Go to the camera manufacturers web site, look for the Support, Download page. You should find the required driver there available for free download.

SOURCE: my computer doesn't see my aiptek dzo-v50

try changing your camera settings so that the computor sees it as a drive.
