Check to see if it is on your hardware by trying to Add it as new hardware. Even if it is there, it sounds as if your driver has died and the computer will assign a new driver, then you should be back in business.

Only have 50 songs on my muvo tx fm mp3 player and it is full

Hi,

This is the file system problem. Use the below tool to solve it.

http://ccfiles.creative.com/ManualDn/Applications/PDE/11124/0x46D235F9/CT-RT_PCAPP_2_01_03.exe

BEFORE YOU START

  • Check that the MP3 Player Recovery Tool supports your player.
  • Ensure that you are using Windows XP® Service Pack 2 32-bit, Windows XP Professional x64 Edition or Windows Vista™ (32-bit or 64-bit version).
  • Back up the contents of your player, if possible, as recovering your player may require it to be re-formatted, erasing all content.
  • Make sure your player battery is at least 50% charged.
  • Detailed usage instructions are available in our Knowledge Base.

My Creative Muvo Tx Fm is Dead

I tried for over a month before I finally got this solution today and my player is working just fine.
Try and download the drivers from the following link.
http://www.nodevice.com/driver/MuVo_TX_FM/get34414.html

This needs you to enter a verification code that is hardly recognisable. Try and hit refresh (below the verification code) a dozen of times till it gives you an easy code and download the drivers(just in case you need the drivers again).
Then run the drivers after you have installed your device. You might need to try this a couple of times. It also gave me all my songs back but I reformatted the drive to be really cautious.
Wish you all the best. Hope it works for you as well.

My computer still wont recognize my muvo tx fm

Plug unit in and open my computer, if it can read the unit it will show up as a removable disc, usually drive F:, copy and paste or click and drag music files into this drive to load your player. Good Luck Hope this helps.

Creative MuVo TX FM player I/O error

You could try reinstalling the Creative Mass Storage Driver 1.07.00.250 to get your computer to recognize it again.

Once you have done that, try installing the latest firmware. The last firmware release was in March 2007. If you haven't updated the player's firmware since then, try downloading and installing Creative MuVo TX FM Firmware 1.24.02.

Of course, you'll have to get it to talk to your computer before you can update the firmware.
