Have you tried to pull the battery for 15 mins and reset the whole car? You'll need the security code for the deck after connecting the battery. It's usually in the owner's manual...
It would be a software issue with the deck. You can try disconnecting the car battery and wait 2 min then reconnect. It may reset the system. If that doesn't work goto Toyota or whomever makes the deck for programming. (:

If everything else is still working and the Fuse is good it is Because the Internal Lighting on the Head Unit is Burnt out. The only way to Fix this is to get a New Head Unit.
