First of all I have to say this, but you shouldn't be speeding. Now, with that said, the tundra is speed is governed and can be bypassed. I believe there is a green 40amp fuse by the battery for the abs. If you remove that then it should lift the governor, but you also no longer have abs, and a working speedometer. Should only be recommended for on the track. Hope that helps.
Check the resistor for the motor speeds , it's usuall mounted in the vent ducting near the motor assy, 4-5 wires sometimes that look like a series of springs or similar ! ( governs the various speeds )
