hello
There may be any reson for the fuse to blow up. Some kind of short circuit may exist in your TVs mainboard, or power supply regulator section. Usually colour TVs uses 3.5amps fuse in series with mains supply. If it blows off again and again; you should contact a technical expert to retify the problem. Never put no more fuse in it as experiment. It may make your TV irrepairable.
This may be one of the models that comes apart--if it is on either side you will see two plastic caps--beneath are either regular bolts or L shaped ones you turn.
Most of the sets that had the feature needed the front screen removed first to do this.
If you do not see the black plastic caps (two on either side) it does not have that feature.
Ur tv have convergence problems,it dead.Ur 2 STK convergence ICS are defective, and all or some of it supporting resistors. The shop will cost u $300-350 for parts and labors.
