My Goodman heating unit shuts down after running a few degrees and fan keeps running and doesn't stop - freezing the house. I purchase the unit around 2 years ago so it's relatively new. How could I solve this problem? Could it be the thermostat or problems with the igniter? Please let me know. Thanks.

My goodman dsz160361ae outdoor unit will not start. it tries for 4 seconds then shuts off. I changed the comp. and the circuit board and the start and run caps. could I have the wrong circuit board? I

Most generally the original circuit board has a model number on it that should be the same as a replacement board. If it does not match, then you may have the wrong replacement. Why did the board burn up? It may have caused a short that you have not diagnosed, thus possibly shorting out the new board. The fan stays running because the call for cooling is not satisfied.

Hello Flame rod should have done the trick.Make sure the rod & the control are GROUNDED (earth).Make sure the rod is not touching anything & in the gas flame.

Dometic refridgerator won't stay lit on Propane

A bit more info is needed. What model #, and how old is it? In back, does it have a computer board (underneath a green or black plastic cover, appros 4" x 6")? Im guessing that it does, ('cause you get an error message,) Make sure that you have a good 12 volts going to the board at all times, and make sure that the glass fuses on the board are not blown. If that checks out, than its a real good bet the you have a defective board. For Americana models, you're going to need a Dometic board, and for other models, an aftermarket board will usually do. Althoiugh the OEM ones have a better chance of fixing your problem.

Goodman gmp075-3 led blinks 5 times

I Also have the same and other problems with my furnace model # GDS80703AXBB. First the LED kept blinking 4 times and I too jumped the primary limit, that didn't kelp. After several attemps I moved the wires going to the circut board and everything starting working again. After a week It stopped working again, so I pulled the plug out of the circut board checked all wires for for a bad connection plugged it back in. Now the LED blinks 6 times again I move the wires. Then the LED blinks 3 times. Then the transformer burns out. I have burned out 2 transformers and I have ordered a new circut board.
