When your computer has detected the photocopier machine, then the next step is to install the drivers, which you may find in CD-ROM or you can Google it.Drivers are easily available on the internet.Download the drivers, Install the printer and then execute print command. It will surely work. If you want to use it as a single pc printer then its ok, if you want to use it over network, as a network printer, then you have to assign IP address to machine.
Also try turning spooler OFF/ON. Also, try turning 1350 OFF/ON. Those sometimes work. But 1350 had same problem with W98SE so must be a problem in 1350 software(?). I got so tired of this that I bought a Canon MFC which works perfectly. Still use 1350 to use up the toner.
Hi I am former Konica Tech Support for 26 years. I do some network problem. Y may need to upgrade the copier memory. or this just simple setting. on the printing side I can assure you no problem. there is a setting on the operation panel choosing if you prepared pdf when ever you to e-mail, scan to box or scan to SMB. You can delete the old print driver and the control panel delete your even the printer Icon at the printer and fax folder. Re install the printer and the printer driver. And make sure send a test print. If so happened that you don't have the print driver you can go to Konica web site and download the print driver. There are many kind of print driver. postscript driver and etc. I hope this info will help you and if not you may contact me again.
I've had that problem before too, and found out that there were copies of the printer that had somehow installed themselves on my computer. All I needed to do was to choose to print with "konica minolta copy 1" instead of the one that I *thought* was installed and it worked. I then deleted the original printer and just stuck with the copy.
