Then start menu -> Logitech -> Mouse and keyboard -> connect utility

HELLO, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS TO DOWN LOAD THE SOFT WARE THEN PLUG IN THE USB AND AFTER THAT ON YOUR RECIEVER CLICK THE CONNECT BUTTON ON THE RECIEVER TILL IT RECONIZES BOTH KEY BOARD AND MOUSE I HAVE THE LOGITECH WIRELESS SYSTEM AND I LOVE IT TILL THE BATTERIES GO OUT ON THE MOUSE OR KEY BOARD LOL THEN RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.

Plug in directly to the USB port and avoid the use of KVM switches, Y-adapters and such. See here:

well, check the cable of your mouse ( the end cable is color green) reconnect it to a PS/2 port which is also color green, located at the back of your system unit OR if its connected to USB then reconnect it to a USB port then restart your computer.ok?

i had just bought a mx 5000 logitech keyboard and mouse i cant seem to get thr mouse to move i had charged it and everything any sugs
