Question about Refrigerators
The tracks are too wide at the rear. Just remove the small drawers and the shelf above the deli drawer. The tracks can be shimmed in an 1/8 inch or so at the rear. Ours is now perfect. I had to point t out to the repair guy, but he agreed and got right on it.

Dear Master Tech: The model number is GLRT13TEB3. The problem is every time you try to open the deli drawer it falls straight down.
It is as if the tracks to hold it are too far apart? Also the tracks are part of the glass shelf.
Any help with this annoying problem would be much appreciated.
Thank-you, Nanc T.

Hello friend, thanks for your inquiry!
I understand that you have a Frigidaire refrigerator, FGHN2866PF1, and your deli drawer is freezing items. You may want to turn down the temperature within your deli drawer, when adjusting the temperature could take 24 hours for your refrigerator to stabilize. If that does not resolve your issue I would suggest removing the drawer and checking over to make sure there are no cracks where too much air may be coming in. If there is too much weight in the deli drawer that could cause the drawer to sag, which may release cold air into the deli drawer. I hope this information has been helpfu. -Matt

I have Kenmore 106.54606300 same happens with deli drawer... it is not wide enough to fit the tracks will....
Also, the tracks that are hung from the brackets that support the glass shelf keep falling out!!! There must be some kind of "locks" available to keep the tracks in place????
Thanks, Tom
