For Dell password reset, you can use Windows Password Rescuer to help reset password easily. It can help reset Windows 8/7/Vista/XP/2008/2003/2000 administrator password quickly without logon.

As far as I know, there are several methods to be useful to you. First, when we install Windows, it automatically creates an account "Administrator" and sets its password to blank. So if you have forget Your user account password then try this:Start system and when you See Windows Welcome screen / Login screen, press ctrl+alt+del keys Twice and it'll show Classic Login box. Now type "Administrator" (without quotes) in Username and leave Password field blank. Now press Enter and you should be able to log in Windows. Now you can reset your account password from "Control Panel -> User Accounts".Same thing ca n be done using Safe Mode. In Safe Mode Windows will show this in-built Administrator account in Login screen.
In addition, there is a much simpler and more practical method to recover forgotten Password by using password reset tools, Google third party password recovery tool or Windows password seeker. This method can help you save a lot of time and it's more safe.

Windows XP Pro logon issue

There should be a product key on the bottom. As long as there is you can just download a copy of XP from digitalriver.com and use that key. Burn the iso file downloaded on to a disc and boot to the disc and follow the prompts to install XP.

Not able to enable password login

Firstly start by opening your run box and enter control userpasswords2

When the user accounts window opens, check the box which states 'Users must enter a username and password to use this computer' and apply the setting.

You will be requested for the username and password of the account you wish to automatically logon as for following reboots of your system.
