1) Disconnect from computer, turn it off, hold in volume + button and reconnect it to your computer - continue holding volume + until the Found Hardware Wizard comes up.

2)
REFORMAT FOR WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER - Erases Everything: Connect your iLo player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "ILO 2GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything, and give you a fresh start.

Ilo mp3 red, computer doesnt see it connected

I had a problem with my ilo trying to get it to recognize and i finally switched my cord that i was hooking my mp3 up to my computer with. I dont know what other cords you have, but i used the cord from my husbands Creative brand mp3 player and it worked. I open it with the E drive file in the my computer link. From there, it'll say ilo and that will allow you to access it on your computer. Windows media also recognizes the ilo.
I hope this was helpful!

Please help me

You can try to delete the CD you just installed and try again. But the best way is to drag and click music from one location to the mp3
