How do you connect power amp to av

Sansui have specials name for it. They are always at the rear in the Connections Panel or close by.

NAD (New Acoustic Dimension) was all the rage when I was into composite audio in the 1970s. Not sure why would want to tweak that sweet clear natural sound like the performers played it. Your problem will be that you are loading an amp to a pre amp.

If the Nad has pre-amp out sockets that are currently connected to the power amp in the receiver. Then you can sever those link and put the pre-amp out into your Aragon inputs.
Otherwise I don't see how you can connect the amp.

To achieve this, your AV receiver needs to have a pair of RCA/phono sockets labelled PRE-OUT. This output is the same as is normally fed to the receiver's own integral power amp, so the audio signl at this output is affected by input selection, volume and tone controls. Some receivers even have metal U-shaped links on the rear panel which connect between their PRE-OUT and MAIN-IN or POWER-IN sockets, so removing these links both makes the PRE-OUT available to connect to your separate amp, and disconnects the reveiver's internal amp, so you don't end up feeding signal to both power amps. I have seen Technics and NAD receivers and amps with this feature.
Don't connect your power amp to the REC-OUT or TAPE-OUT sockets of the receiver, as this output is not affected by the receiver's volume and tone controls, so you won't be able to adjust the sound using the receiver's controls.

you can try it by pressing the power button and the tv/av  button at the same time, that worked for me ,My tv is about 8 years old

It is most probably a dirty speaker protection relay. gently tap the relay(the one that engages shortly after turning the amp on) when the fault is occurring and see audio returns. This should ascertain the problem. Replace it if it is a sealed type, or if it has a "lid" you can get off, burnish the contacts with a white business card, and give it a spray with contact cleaner/lubricant.
