Tv will not come onred light just blinks when remote calls for tv to come on

If your remote is a learning remote (has a little black glossy square on the top left side of the remote) you don't need a code, you just need the original remote. Place both remotes on a table, or other flat, sturdy surface, with the original TV remote facing the square on the DISH remote. Make sure both remotes have functioning batteries. On the DISH remote, hold down TV until the button blinks three times, then hold down record (for 5+ seconds) until the TV button lights up and stays on. Then, slowly, for each key you want to use, hit the key on the DISH remote (TV light blinks) then the corresponding key on the original remote (TV light blinks). For example: DISH Volume Up, TV remote Volume Up. When you are done learning all the keys you want to train, hit SAT. Ok, what you need to do is try to find the guide, there you will see the code, If you dont have the guide, then going to the store that you purchased this item, and see if they have onr that you can see, or if they can just tell you.

3. Hold down SELECT and the RED buttons together for approximately two seconds, until the RED LED on the Sky remote blinks twice.
