Cant install my x3480 disk has snapped in half

The printer was installed some time ago. It does not respond to print command. It will turn on. Print jobs go into que, but will not print. Will not print manually. I've unplugged and replugged the USB. Tried different USB port. Unplugged power supply and reinstalled. I do not have a disc to reinstall this unit.
