Phone turns off when Calling out.

The CS5111-2 isn't an answering machine. If you have a separate answering machine connected to your phone line, consult its documentation. If you're subscribed to a voicemail system offered by your phone company, contact them for information.

It happened to me the other day... My phone worked for a call, then I took a nap with my headphones plugged into the phone. Then, I bleive what happened was I pulled the headphones out without turning the music off. Then my phone had the same problem. Also, my music would not play without headphones.

I tried to goto Verizon today and they gave me the runaround. Then tonight, I had the phone plugged into a soundboard at my bar to play music and I pulled the cord without turning the music off and it started playing out of the phone as normal. Then I tried calling my friend and it worked. The text problem went away too.

z4n had a software issue I had it happen to me . upgrade the phone software.

It is possible that you may not have your contacts stored on the phones memory but on the sim card instead. Most additional phonebook functions, like assign photo to callers and speed dials will only work if the numbers are on the phones memory. Try copying them onto phone (if not already) and see if that solves it?
Also if numbers are on the phone, check to see if the phone is looking at phone book on the phone or sim? In phone book settings I think there is an option to switch? Hope that helps?

One time I calling somebody but I could not hear any sound from the phone.I could not hear its ringing when i make calls and cannot hear the voice of the person I am calling.I used the loudspeaker its work properly the voice quality is good. Please help me solve this problem.Thank you.

Try pressing the superkey button and then the button that is ringing

Restore the iPhone.

I turned the phone off and then on. Either that did it or it solved itself.
