My Turtle Beach Headset P11's are brand new, everything is plugged in correctly, as I can hear my friends talking when in a party together, however when I talk they can barely hear me if they can even...

Double check that you are all in the same party. If you are not in the party and they are you will sound very quiet to them. It almost sounds like you are in the background. So go and make sure you can join the party. If that does not solve it go into your settings and double check that mic volumes and everything are all up.

I just bought at Radio shack a headset. It worked well for the first few days but now, when I speak, the party can't hear me. Can you please help?

Check t make sure it is not muted. If you can still hear them and everything else stayed the same then there could probably be a mute button that was accidently hit.
