FYI you can copy the files from the NAV disc if you know someone that has the new ver.
I have used 2070 discs but I cannot release them being that we are a Factory authorized service center for the RB4 radio.

I too wasted money on the V6 (actually V5.37) updates which were already 10 months old when released. I was told it would include Magellan Tools but it does not. I was told I could add cameras but that's not easy.

Phone support will cost you lots unless you have free calls access as thery can take 20mins to answer AND I too have several unanswered website enquiries plus a failure to follow up on a registered case.

The only way to get a new disc is to contact support in France OR if you paid by credit card file a complaint with your CC company and get a refund - that is not difficult to achieve and will wake up Magellan.

it just happened with my 800 ,what i did i called magellan i gave them my bad authorization code and 24-48 hrs they will give you a new one by email.but it might be correct code with incorrect version cd,happened to me and they send it overnight with a note saying that they are sorry they gave the wrong disc.but when i put it in it work and download with no problems.so call them up.
