If that is the right remote for the opener you need to locate the smart/learn button which is on the rear of your opener near where all those white wires go. Hold the button down on the remote and then press and immediately release the smart/learn button. It should now be programmed.

Can I program a keyless door opener to a craftman door that doesn't have a learn button

If there isn't a SRT or Learn button, the garage door opener may only have dip switches to link the remote to the opener. In that case, your keypad won't work.

I wish that I had better news for you. Please add a comment with the model number of the opener for further assistance. It's possible that you have a model with the controls that aren't on the back of the opener. I can try to find more information on the unit with the model number.

I changed both batteries in the car remotes. I can program one remote but cant seem to get both remotes to program at the same time. I reset the srt button on the back of the opener. Also I some how...

Hold the button down on your remote and then press and immediately release the smart/learn button. Do this for each remote.

Press and immediately release the smart/learn button and then walk over to your keypad and key in your 4 digit code and press enter.

The key to this is to immediately release the smart/learn button. If you hold it in you will erase what you just did. If you still have a problem please post back.

13953992D need a replacement manual for that model #. craftsman garage door opener. moved in to house, former tenant took remote, do not want to buy a new one. do i have to just buy the remote? or can I...

A replacement remote for your unit runs around $40.00 and the manual is $5.00. The remote is part number 53753 and the manual is 114A3129. FYI the manual will not have instructions for programming your car. The cars owners manual should have those instructions. The frequency of your opener is 315mhz and if your car is older than 2005 it most likely will not work at all.
